DELIVERY INFORMATION

Pravins believes that shopping online should be just as convenient as popping in to one of our stores.
Our packages will be sent to you by Royal Mail, and will require a signature upon delivery. We offer a free UK delivery service for all orders. We don’t want you to wait too long to receive your exciting purchase, and so we always aim to have your order with you within 2-5 working days (Tuesday-Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays).
Your new jewellery will be carefully gift-wrapped – ready to present as a gift. We can include a personalised card, please follow the instructions at the checkout stage of your order. A receipt will not be included within the package.
When your order is dispatched, we will email you with your receipt and the Royal Mail tracking number. If you have any specific delivery requirements, please contact us at admin@pravins.co.uk.

Note: Sale items will not be gift-wrapped unless specifically requested.

ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY™ SERVICE

Orders over £150

All orders above £150 are despatched using the Royal Mail Special Delivery™ service, which is a next-day service, delivers between the hours of 8am and 1pm and requires a signature. Unless specifically requested, we avoid Saturday deliveries.
If you are not at home during your delivery time, Royal Mail will leave you a contact card so you can re-arrange delivery for a suitable time or date.
All items are fully insured by Pravins whilst in transit.

Orders under £150

All orders under £150 are despatched using the Royal Mail Signed For® service, which is a 1-2 day service, delivers between the hours of 8am and 8pm and requires a signature. As far as we possibly can, we try to avoid Saturday deliveries.
If you are not at home during your delivery time, Royal Mail will leave you a contact card so you can re-arrange delivery for a suitable time or date.
All items are fully insured by Pravins whilst in transit.

COLLECTING IN STORES

We offer a free collection service from any Pravins boutique. At the checkout select ‘collect from your nearest boutique’ and choose your nearest store for delivery.
Please allow 2-3 working days for your purchase to be sent. We will notify you by email when the item is ready for collection. In addition, our boutique team will normally telephone you soon after the item arrives.
Please ensure you bring a copy of your notification email and some form of photo identification (for example a passport or driving license) when collecting your order. If you do not have suitable identification, or if the boutique team are not satisfied with your identification, they will not release your parcel to you.
