We know it’s not been possible to celebrate many of life's milestone moments in the usual way during these last few months, but we are excited to once again welcome you to our boutiques. We've been very busy behind the scenes preparing to present our beautiful engagement rings, wedding rings and luxury jewellery in a safe and enjoyable manner while strictly adhering to official guidelines. 

Both our Reading and Cardiff boutiques have now reopened.

In order to keep everyone safe we have made some amendments to our opening hours, these can be found on our website. You can pop in at any time, although as we can only accommodate a limited number of clients you may be asked to wait for a while. We’re happy to make appointments in advance, please email admin@pravins.co.uk with your preferred date, time and brief details of your enquiry.  If you are in a vulnerable group or require special assistance please contact us by email or on 0845 600 8699.

All jewellery ranges will be available for browsing as normal, although we will be managing your journey around our boutiques and you can also expect to see our team members wearing masks and disposable gloves.  We have installed clear screens on some of our desks and we will be providing hand sanitiser to all clients.  Finally, we have purchased specialist ultra-violet cleaning units so that most types of jewellery and other small items can be completely sanitised after handling.

We’re delighted to offer all our usual services to all clients, including:

• Presenting our range of engagement rings, wedding rings and luxury jewellery (please note that adjustments and orders are taking slightly longer than usual).
• Click and collect for jewellery ordered through our website
• Bespoke jewellery design and manufacture
• In-store cleaning and inspection of your Pravins jewellery (including UV sanitisation except for opal, topaz and aquamarine jewellery).
• Adjustments, repairs and insurance valuations

To those clients who have had their orders placed on hold during the lockdown, we would like to thank you for your patience and please rest assured we have prioritised your orders and are working very hard to get them completed as quickly as possible.  We’ll be in touch as soon as we have further news.
