As we approach Christmas 2017, the Pravins team will be working harder than ever to ensure that we provide a seamless and efficient service to our clients. Pravins jewellery has been warming hearts on Christmas Day since 1969, and this year we’re proud to present our refreshed website and our new boutique in Bluewater.
The last date for online orders for guaranteed delivery before Christmas is Wednesday 20th December. Please note that all orders are subject to stock availability – we will endeavour to deliver your order before Christmas and if this is not possible we will contact you within twenty-four hours to either offer an alternative or a full refund. Our online team are based at our Head Office in London and are here to help. If you have a specific requirement or need your order couriered to you on a same-day service, please email us at email@example.com and we’ll do everything possible to assist. The team will be working from 8am to 7pm (Monday to Friday) in the run-up to Christmas.
All orders will be expertly giftwrapped and shipped without any labels, tags or receipt documents – ready to present as a gift. We can include a personalised card, please follow the instructions at the checkout stage of your order.
EXTENDED OPENING HOURS
All of our boutiques will be opening earlier and closing later than normal, from Thursday 14th December until Saturday the 23rd December. Individual opening hours vary, so please check with the boutique directly in advance. All of our boutiques will be open from 9.30am until 9pm (Bluewater 10pm) from Monday 18th December to Friday 22nd December. RETURNS POLICY FOR CHRISTMAS PURCHASES
For store purchases made in December 2017, the deadline for returns is the 7th January 2018 (or ten days, whichever is the later).
For online purchases made in December 2017, the deadline for returns is the 7th January 2018 (or fourteen days, whichever is the later).
All returns must be in pristine condition and complete with all packaging and documentation. We cannot offer refunds on specially ordered items or items which have been adjusted or personalised. We cannot offer refunds on sale merchandise except that purchased online.
We offer this returns policy in addition to your statutory rights. Please note that some items will need to be returned to our Head Office for authorisation before a refund can be issued.
